- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I worked with an elderly gentleman who couldn't hear well at all and was non-verbal as well. Dr. Smith always took the time to be certain he understood exactly what the problem was and that he had addressed every issue. Moreover, the doctor was patient with him and treated him with dignity and respect--like a human being and not just a nuisance with which to be dealt. He also went so far as to delve into an underlying, chronic health problem when the client's earlier charts contained no satisfactory answers. I was impressed to the point I started seeing him as my personal physician and I haven't been disappointed yet.April 18, 2017by susan Jose
